Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel polyarylene (sulfide) sulfone material containing phosphonic acid groups and salts thereof. The novel polyarylene (sulfide) sulfone material is obtained by hydrolyzing polymers containing phosphonate ester groups and further neutralizing or directly polymerizing monomers containing phosphonate groups, di(sulfur) phenol monomers and dihalide monomers. A preparation method of the novel polyarylene (sulfide) sulfone material comprises the steps of mixing monomers containing phosphonate ester groups or phosphonate groups, the di(sulfur) phenol monomers and the dihalide monomers according to a certain ratio; and heating to a certain temperature to have a reaction in an aprotic solvent with a high boiling point in the presence of medium-strong alkali and methylbenzene, and treating the solids generated after reaction to obtain polymers containing phosphonic acid or phosphonate.
