Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a non-gel high-binding-force stainless steel and plastic complex preparation method. The method comprises the steps of ultrasonic acidification treatment of stainless steel, first water pool flushing, amine system aqueous solution impregnation, second water pool flushing, drying and engineering plastic injection. A micro-porous structure is rapidly etched on the surface of the stainless steel in an ultrasonic wave and acidifying treatment combination mode, so it is convenient for the introduction of a subsequent engineering plastic to the micro-porous structure; and the amine system aqueous solution impregnation process is adopted to make amine system compound molecules simultaneously adsorbed to the micro-porous structure formed on the surface of the stainless steel in order to firmly bind the engineering plastic with the stainless steel.
