Veterinary azithromycin self-emulsifying oral preparation and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a veterinary azithromycin self-emulsifying oral preparation and a preparation method thereof. The oral preparation is prepared from the following main components: azithromycin, an emulsifier, vegetable oil, an antioxidant and a co-emulsifier. The self-emulsifying preparation prepared by the method is disintegrated in water, and is capable of spontaneously forming an emulsion with the grain diameter of 10-80nm in a body along with gastrointestinal peristalsis by means of slight stirring or oral administration. Compared with a conventional emulsion, the oral preparation is good in stability, is capable of improving the palatability of azithromycin, and is convenient to use; and the preparation process is simple, and is suitable for large-scale production in a workshop.
