Zusammenfassung:	A rolling method and a rolling device for an electrode material are provided. By the rolling method and the rolling device, the extending amount of a non-coated part of the eletrode material can be easily adjusted, and wrinkles on the electrode material are inhibited. A non-coated part extending mechanism is adopted to extend the non-coated part of the electrode material applied with tension between guide rollers, and then the electrode material is rolled. The non-coated part extending mechanism is configured to generate tension on the electrode material between the two guide rollers and is provided with a pressing roller pressing the electrode material between the guide rollers according to a specified pressing amount.
