Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a conference predetermining method and a project management system. The method comprises the steps that when a making plan of a project conference is obtained, first resource information is generated according to the making plan of the project conference, and the first resource information to be matched is sent to a conference management system; at least one piece of conference resource information sent by the conference management system and matched with the first resource information is received, and the conference resource information is presented, wherein the first resource information comprises at least one conference time domain in the making plan of the project conference. The conference predetermining method can solve the problem that a conference predetermining procedure is tedious and low in efficiency in the prior art.
