According to the technical scheme, short time Fourier transform and a spectral smoothing method are used for obtaining the spectrum properties of an objective interval and three time windows before and after the objective interval, a trend analysis method is used for determining the variable quantity of the spectrum properties between the time windows to obtain the spectrum dynamic properties, and through correlation analysis after normalization of the spectrum dynamic properties and the actual drilled hydrocarbon reservoir thickness of the objective interval, hydrocarbon detection is carried out with an optimized hydrocarbon detection preponderant spectrum property.
