Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an electrooptical modulator. The electrooptical modulator comprises a substrate, an optical waveguide, a pair of first modulating electrodes and a pair of second modulating electrodes. The optical waveguide is formed on the substrate and comprises a Y-shaped incidence portion, a Y-shaped emergence portion, a first connection portion and a second connection portion, and the Y-shaped incidence portion and the Y-shaped emergence portion are connected through the first connection portion and the second connection portion. The Y-shaped incidence portion comprises an incidence section, a first incidence branch and a second incidence branch; the Y-shaped emergence portion comprises an emergence section, a first emergence branch and a second emergence branch; the first connection portion comprises a first main branch and a first modulating branch, and the first main branch and the first modulating branch are in parallel connection; the second connection portion comprises a second main branch an
