Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an analytical device and analytical method for simulating the coal gas change during coal cutting of a coal cutter. The analytical device is composed of an air intake system, a crushing system, a temperature control system, an air extraction system and an analysis system. The method comprises the steps of: A. making unbroken coal into a lump coal sample with a volume larger than 20cm*20cm*10cm; B. placing the lump coal samples in a crushing chamber, controlling the air quantity by the air intake system, at the same time letting the temperature control system control the temperature at 25-800DEG C through a heating resistance wire, and then starting a motor to drive a pick to cut the coal at a rotation speed of 20-40r/min; and C. extracting the gas in the crushing system every other 20-30s by the air extraction system, and transporting the extracted gas to the analysis system to conduct gas component analysis.
