Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a single-stranded conductor cable. The cable comprises a stranded conductor formed by two wire rods; the outer layer of the stranded conductor is an insulating layer; one wire rod comprises an aluminum alloy core material and a copper alloy layer wrapping the outside of the aluminum alloy core material, and the other wire rod comprises an aluminum alloy core material and a nickel alloy layer wrapping the outside of the aluminum alloy core material. Insulating materials of nickel alloy and copper alloy wrap the aluminum alloy core rods, and thus the weather fastness of the aluminum alloy conductor is improved, and the service life of the aluminum alloy conductor is effectively prolonged. The preparation technology is easy to operate, feasible and low in production cost, and is suitable for medium and small batch quantity production of high-strength and high-conductivity aluminum alloy conductor cables. |
