The invention provides an addition solidified rubber compound forming a roller; the compound has good defoaming property, can obtain foamless condensate with stable resistance value, and is suitable for making an electronic shooting image forming device; the invention also provides an ionic conductive rubber roller having an ionic conductive rubber layer on a periphery of the roller, the ionic conductive rubber layer comprises PEO and organic polysiloxane with improved solubleness and low reaction property (low crosslinking reaction rate); the addition solidified rubber compound forming the roller comprises the following elements: A: PEO with at least two alkenyls in each molecule; B: organosilicon compound with at least two silicon atom bonding hydrogen atom (SiH group) and at least one arylidene frame and 2-100 silicon atoms; C: hydrosilylation reaction agent; D: ionic conductive given agent; and E: wet silicon dioxide.
