A plurality of diodes are arranged at intervals on a substrate; a plurality of flip-chip light-emitting diodes are arranged on the diodes; and therefore, the area of the substrate can be fully utilized by the flip-chip light-emitting diodes on the substrate, and the light-emitting area of the substrate is equal to the area of the substrate, and thus, light-emitting efficiency can be improved.
