Supporting device for motor vehicle shock absorber

The invention relates to a supporting device (1; 33; 39; 44) for a shock absorber (3; 47) of a motor vehicle, which comprises a pin movable joint (12; 52). The pin movable joint makes a shock-absorbing piston (4; 46) and a movable joint cap (9; 35; 41; 45) connected. In this way, damping force of the shock absorber (3; 47) can be led to the movable joint cap. Furthermore, the movable joint cap establishes connection of the shock absorber on the vehicle body when the shock absorber (3; 47) is arranged and further makes the damping force transmitted to the vehicle body. In order to achieve an outstanding shock absorber supporting device (1; 33; 39; 44) which has a low manufacture cost and is simple to assemble, a space (11; 36; 42)is defined between the movable joint cap (9; 35; 41; 45) and a cover (10; 34; 40; 49) fixed on the movable joint cap.
