Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an aged oil treatment method and belongs to the technical field of petroleum development. The aged oil treatment method comprises the following steps of pouring aged oil added with a demulsifier into carbonate fracture-cave of a reinjection well so that national degradation of the aged oil with impurities such as fatlute and slag is realized by the well stratum high-temperature characteristics, and according to a water-injection oil-replacement batch-type exploitation mode of the reinjection well, carrying out re-exploitation on the decomposed aged oil in the fracture-cave, wherein a weight ratio of WD-5: WD-4: WD-1 in the demulsifier (2# demulsifier) is 8: 2: 2, WD-5 is polyoxyethylene epoxypropenyl ether, WD-4 is phenol-amine resin-type epoxyvinyl epoxypropenyl ether and WD-1 is alkylphenolic resin-type epoxyvinyl epoxypropenyl ether.
