Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device for synthesizing tricyclodecenyl propionate by adopting a loaded solid acid catalyst. The device comprises a dicyclopentadiene heat preservation tank, and an esterification kettle connected with a dicyclopentadiene head tank, a propionic anhydride head tank and a propionic acid head tank, wherein the esterification kettle is sequentially connected with an ultrafilter and a temporary reaction liquor storage tank; a nitrogen inlet is formed in the temporary reaction liquor storage tank; the temporary reaction liquor storage tank is connected with a kettle type flash column via a chemical material pump I; the kettle type flash column is connected with a propionic acid recovery tank pipeline via a spiral-plate heat exchanger I and a vacuum receiving tank and is connected with a washing pot via a chemical material pump II; the washing pot is connected with a spiral-plate heat exchanger II via a material pump, a standing head tank and a fractionation kettle; the spiral-plate heat exchanger II is connected with a temporary product storage tank pipeline via a vacuum receiving tank II. The device has the following advantages: the reaction conditions are moderate, the reaction conversion rate is high, the technology is convenient to implement, the product yield is higher, and the discharge capacity of three wastes generated in the production process is low. |
