One system includes a plurality of storage devices configured to store data in a plurality of data addresses and a processor configured to perform the above method. Physical computer storage mediums used for a computer program product method for preventing a loss of data in a storage system are also provided. One physical computer storage medium includes computer code for performing the above method.
