Method for providing and displaying information for mobile network user

The invention discloses a method for providing and displaying information for a mobile network user. The method comprises the following steps: providing a message for user equipment through a network, wherein the first part of the message indicates display information related to the message and the second part of the message identifies one or more characteristics of the display information; comparing one or more parameters and one or more characteristics of the user equipment at the user equipment, and deciding whether to display the display information based on the comparison; and displaying the display information at the user equipment if yes, wherein the characteristics of the display information identified in the second part of the message include effective display time of the display information and the comparison of the effective display time and the current time of the user equipment.
