Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a biocontrol strain capable of preventing and controlling tomato early blight and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of plant protection. The biocontrol strain capable of preventing and controlling the tomato early blight is classified and named as Bacillus licheniformis XGY13-2 and is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.8974; the strain XGY13-2 is subjected to shaking culture in a fermentation culture solution in a shaking table for 8-9 days at a speed of 180r/min and the temperature of 30 DEG C, so that a biocontrol microbial agent is prepared, wherein the total concentration of viable bacteria is 110 -110 CFU/mL, the biocontrol microbial agent is diluted for 50-200 times and then is used for soaking seeds during planting of tomatoes or carrying out root-irrigation during transplantation, and the control efficiency on the tomato early blight is 68.05%.
