An explosive package charging method is improved, the explosive detonation velocity can be improved to 5000m/s without cyclonite and other high-detonation-velocity explosives, the non-combined area of the detonation point during explosive welding is decreased, the non-combined area of a more than 6mm detonation point of a compound plate is effectively decreased, the non-combined area of the detonation point can be maximum decreased by 93%, and the finished product rate of an explosive welding compound material can be improved.
