Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method and an application of TiO2@microzyme. The preparation method of the TiO2@microzym is characterized in that the TiO2@microzyme is prepared through reacting microzyme with an aqueous solution of titanium tetrachloride at 100-150DEG C under the pH value of 4-6. The preparation method using titanium tetrachloride as a raw material strictly controls the proportion, concentration and reaction temperature of the raw material in the pyrohydrolysis process, and monodispersion and less agglomeration effects of TiO2 on the surface of microzyme are reached depended on the confinement effect of a reacted core in the hydrolysis process of titanium tetrachloride by functional groups on the surface of microzyme. The TiO2@microzyme prepared in the invention can be used for removing pollutants in industrial sewage, especially cryanide ions and copper ions in cyanide copper plating wastewater.
