Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a simple and effective preparation technology of an aquatic animal embryo microscope slide specimen for achieving long-term preservation of aquatic animal embryos, maximumly preserving the morphological structure of the material and improving the specimen observation definition. A concave slide is used as a carrier and the technical schemes such as fixation, dehydration, transparentizing and sealing are adopted to prepare the aquatic animal embryo microscope slide specimen, during operation, formalin is used as a fixing agent, alcohol is used as a dehydrating agent, glycerin is used as a transparentizing agent and neutral balsam is used as a sealing agent.
