The invention relates to the technical field of the internal combustion locomotives and in particular relates to a locomotive fuel tank assembling device. The locomotive fuel tank assembling device comprises a steel rail, a body frame, wheels, a speed reducer, a jacking oil cylinder, a jacking frame, a bracket and transverse adjusting oil cylinders; the wheels and the speed reducer are mounted at the bottom and on the upper part of the body frame, respectively; the body frame is slidingly connected with the steel rail by use of the wheels; the jacking frame is connected to the top of the body frame by use of the jacking oil cylinder; the bracket and the transverse adjusting oil cylinders are located at the top and at the left and right ends of the jacking frame, respectively.
