Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a washing device of a railway oil loading tank truck. The washing device comprises a first air inlet pipe, a second air inlet pipe, a third air inlet pipe, a blowing-sweeping soft pipe, an air outlet soft pipe, an air outlet pipe and a sealing flange cover. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the sealing flange cover. One end of the first air inlet pipe is provided with a first gyrator, and the other end of the first air inlet pipe is connected with the second air inlet pipe through a second gyrator. One end, far away from the second gyrator, of the second air inlet pipe is provided with a third gyrator.
