Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fixture for grinding of elongated members. The fixture mounted on a grinding table comprises a fixture body used for clamping an elongated member, a detection unit, and a correction unit; the detection unit and the correction unit are disposed on the fixture body; the detection unit is connected with a reading-writing element in an elongated member shape so that resistance of the reading-writing element is detected in real time; the correction unit is used for correcting curvature of the elongated member according to the resistance. The fixture allows the resistance of the reading-writing element to be monitored in real time and allows curvature of the elongated strip to be corrected. The invention further discloses a grinding device of the elongated members and a grinding method of the elongated members.
