A wire harness (51) is manufactured by: forming a standard harness (31) by integrated forming of exterior components (35) in prescribed positions on a standard electric wire (33) by a forming machine (11) provided upstream in a transport direction of a transport means (65) that transports a plurality of wiring boards (63a-63m) in the transport direction (direction of arrow a); wiring the standard harness (31) on the wiring boards (63a-63m), and wiring a plurality of electric wires (43) along the standard harness (31); and then bundling the standard harness (31) and the plurality of electric wires (43).
