Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electrostatic spinning preparing method of a gelatin nanofiber membrane capable of releasing vitamin A. The method comprises the steps that (1) vitamin A palmitate is added into a natural polymer gelatin solution, dissolving is carried out, electro-spinning liquid is obtained, electrostatic spinning is carried out, and the nanofiber membrane with vitamin A carried is obtained; and (2) the nanofiber membrane obtained by spinning is subjected to steam crosslinking, and then the gelatin nanofiber membrane capable of releasing vitamin A is obtained. The method is simple, efficient, novel and convenient to operate, good application prospect is achieved on functionality dressing, obtained gelatin electrospining yarn with vitamin A carried is used for preparing the nanofiber membrane, quick continuous releasing of vitamin A needed for wound healing can be achieved, and the method can be used for medicine releasing performance analysis of wound surface dressing materials.
