Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses chromium-saving and nickel-saving type high-silicon heat-resistant stainless steel. The heat-resistant stainless steel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 0.2% of C, less than or equal to 1.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.03% of P, less than or equal to 0.03% of S, 2.0-4.5% of Si, 10.0-16.0% of Ni, 15.0-23.0% of Cr, 0.5-1.5% of Mo, 0.1-0.3% of N, 0.05-0.5% of rare earth Ce or Y and the balance of Fe. A chromium-saving and nickel-saving type high-silicon heat-resistant stainless steel alloy material is an austenitic matrix, and has relatively good corrosion-resistant performance; the room-temperature tensile strength of the alloy material is in a range of 600-900Mpa, the yield strength sigma of the alloy material is in a range of 220-400Mpa, the elongation at break of the alloy material is in a range of 40-70%, and the high-temperature strength and high-temperature plasticity of the alloy material are superior to those of 310S. |
