Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method using vanadium-titanium molten iron for smelting low oxygen low carbon IF (interstitial-free) steel, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) adding the vanadium-titanium molten iron into a t No. 1 converter for vanadium extraction smelting; 2) performing desulfurization treatment on semi steel obtained by vanadium extraction; 3) blowing oxygen for slagging of the semi steel obtained by desulfurization, then pushing off the slag to discharge steel to obtain first molten steel; 4) refining the first molten steel in a ladle furnace (LF) to obtain second molten steel; 5) enabling the second molten steel to enter into a RH processing working station for decarburization deoxidation treatment under the vacuum condition; and 6) adding a second aluminum-containing slag modifier into the second molten steel obtained by the deoxidation treatment to obtain third molten steel, and continuously casting the third molten steel.
