Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a volatile organic compound discharge control data management system and a monitor platform. The management system at least comprises a volatile organic compound discharge control subsystem. The subsystem comprises a database storage unit, a leakage detection and repairing unit, a storage tank management unit, an exhaust gas gathering device unit of a waste water treatment system, and a cooling tower management unit. The database storage unit is internally provided with a discharge source directory list which is established based on ID of a detection user and is pre-provided with relevant information of a plurality of discharge sources to be detected. Each discharge source to be detected comprises an equipment and pipeline assembly, a storage tank, an exhaust gas gathering device of the waste water treatment system, and a cooling tower. After other units receive relevant data of the discharge sources to be detected uploaded by the detection user, and the data is processed, the other uni
