The low noise control valve comprises a valve body, wherein a valve plug is mounted in the middle of the valve body by an upper valve seat; a valve cover is mounted on the top of the valve plug; a valve rod is mounted in the middle hole positions of the valve cover and the valve plug; the upper part of an elastic air bag cavity is clamped in the valve plug; the lower part of the elastic air bag cavity is mounted in an inflow flow guide device; the inflow flow guide device is connected with the valve plug by a bolt; a valve sleeve is mounted on the outer end of the inflow flow guide device; the valve sleeve is mounted on a lower valve seat; a sandwich outflow rectifying device is welded on the wall of a valve body outflow pipe.
