Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a supercritical carbon dioxide method for preparing cadmium sulfide nanoparticles. The method uses cadmium acetate, sodium sulfide and reduced glutathione as raw materials to synthesize cadmium sulfide nanoparticles in water solution under supercritical carbon dioxide conditions, wherein the reaction temperature is 45-75 DEG C, the pressure is 100-150 bar, and reaction time is 90-150min. The reduced glutathione is not only used as a template but also can close lateral growth of cadmium sulfide nanoparticles. The process is simple, low-cost and environment-friendly, the obtained product has uniform particle size, good crystallization and high stability, and has the wide and important application prospect in the fields of photocatalytic hydrogen production and photocatalytic decomposition of organic matters. |
