Vehicle data (4), such as speed, a steering angle, and the like, may be acquired (20) (e.g., from a sensor system of the vehicle). An activation signal (A) may be generated based on the acquired data. A haptic warning (W) may then be generated (22) using the power steering system (AFS) of the vehicle based on the activation signal.
