The device comprises a motor, wherein a baffle block is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, a counting proximity switch is arranged on a speed reducer, and the other end of the output shaft of the motor is connected with the speed reducer; a cutting gun in-situ proximity switch is arranged on a frame of a cutting trolley, a distance X exists between the cutting gun in-situ of the cutting gun and the edge of a casting blank needing to be cut, and the whole device is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
