Method for preparing taxol crude extract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a taxol crude extract. The method comprises the steps of firstly compounding a ammonium nitrate solution and methanol to obtain a mixed solution M1; adding tissues of Taxus plants to the solution M1, stirring and leaching; carrying out pressing-filtration to remove the residue, adding the filtrate to the extraction phase M2 (the ratio of ethyl acetate to acetone is 1: 1), stirring and standing; after the layering is completed, removing the impurities at the bottom, keeping the oil phase solution at the top; collecting the oil phase solution at the top and concentrating under reduced pressure; adding petroleum ether serving as a reverse extraction phase solvent to the concentrated solution, wherein flocculent precipitate appears after petroleum ether is completely added; centrifuging to remove a solvent, collecting the precipitate; and drying the precipitate in vacuum to obtain the crude taxol extract in which the content of taxol is equal to or greater than 0.095
