According to the invention, 2,2'-(3,3'-N-benzyl-3-1H-indolylpropionamide)phenyl methane, 2,2'-bis(3,3'-N- benzyl-3-1H-indolylpropionamide)p-nitrophenyl methane, 2,2'-bis(3,3'-N-benzyl-3-1H-indolylpropionamide)p-fluorophenyl methane and2,2'-bis(3,3'-N-benzyl-3-1H-indolylpropionamide)p-methoxyphenyl methane of which IC50 values are respectively 56.19mu m, 90.71mu m, 58.55mu m, 67.22mu m have a certain growth inhibition effect on human leukemia cells (K562) tumor cells, ad analysis results show that the benzene ring molecular structure of which the p-position is bonded with a weak electron-withdrawing group and the meta-position is bonded with an electron-donating group has good activity.
