The hydraulic reaction apparatus is used in the low pressure liquid phase synthesis of acetic acid from methanol. The hydraulic reaction apparatus comprises a liquid jet device 2 and a gas distributor, and the gas distributor is positioned below the liquid jet device 2. The above technical scheme well solves the problems, and the method can be used in the industrial production of the low pressure liquid phase synthesis of acetic acid from methanol.
