| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an antrodia cinnamomea extract for treating a lung cancer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: (a) extracting Antrodia cinnamomea with a low-polarity solvent to obtain an extract liquor, wherein the low-polarity solvent is selected from a group composed by petroleum ether, normal hexane, dichloromethane, trichloromethane, ethyl acetate, acetone, 70-100% ethyl alcohol and arbitrary combination thereof; and (b) separating the extract liquor by macroreticular resin to obtain a low-polarity separating liquid. The invention also relates to uses of the antrodia cinnamomea extract in treating or preventing the lung cancer. |
