Orange concentrated juice containing neotame compound sugar

The invention discloses orange concentrated juice containing neotame compound sugar. The orange concentrated juice comprises orange normal juice, neotame compound sugar, fructose, citric acid, opacifier, a thickening agent, pigment, orange essence and water, wherein the neotame compound sugar further comprises at least one of saccharin sodium salt, sodium cyclamate and sucralose. The neotame compound sugar in the orange concentrated juice is high in sweetness, and pure in sweet taste, is similar to cane sugar in sweet taste, and is capable of partially or completely replacing the cane sugar in the orange juice. The orange concentrated juice is sour, sweet and palatable, pure in flavor, and full of orange flavor; more importantly, the neotame compound sugar is used for completely replacing the cane sugar as a sweetening agent, thus the cost of the orange sweetening agent is lowered. In a case where the sour of the orange juice is kept unchangeable, the consumption of acid is reduced, thus the use cost of the acid is lowered; the orange concentrated juice is free from heat so as to be drunk by special crowds which can not drink cane sugar.
