Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a mini-course manufacturing method based on an electronic whiteboard, screen recording and editing and a writing pad and a device thereof. According to the invention, at least the case of operating on the electronic whiteboard and PPT by a user is involved. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: obtaining image data of an operating process or result by the user in an input area and real-time temporary audio data; merging the image data and the audio data to generate small fragments of video files; merging the small fragments of video files through a video merging module to form a large video; inserting front and back covers through a video editing module; and publishing the video to a network platform through a network transmission module.
