The condition of the liquid chromatography is as follows: a chromatographic column adopts octadecyl silane bonded silica gel as a filler, and acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water mixed solvent is used as a flow phase, wherein the volume ratio of acetonitrile to tetrahydrofuran to water is 70 to 10 to 20 or 70 to 20 to 10. The method is good in separation degree and strong in specificity; each peak can be completely separated from the adjacent impurity peak, the all peaks can be completely separated from each other, the content of the antioxidant PEP-36 can be accurately determined, and the quality control of polypropylene internal packing material for the injection with antioxidant PEP-36 can be guaranteed.
