Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural and plant inspection and quarantine, and provides a primer pair and a probe for detecting lolium temulentum. The sequences of the primer pair and the probe are respectively that: nucleic acid primer F is 5'GAATCCCGCGAACCATCGAG-3' or a complementary chain thereof, nucleic acid primer R is 5'TAAAGCGAGGTCGCCTACCA-3' or a complementary chain thereof, nucleic acid molecular probe P is 5'-FAM-CACCCCACTAACTTGGTGT-TAMRA-3' or a complementary chain thereof. The invention also provides a real-time fluorescent PCR detection method for detecting lolium temulentum by utilizing the primer pair and the probe. By utilizing the primer pair and the probe, the lolium temulentum is detected in half workday by the real-time fluorescent PCR detection technology, so that the detection time is greatly shortened, and the detection sensitivity is remarkably improved.
