Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hybridoma cell line and an anti-Bel/fu monoclonal antibody secreted by the hybridoma cell line. The hybridoma cell line is obtained by fusing 5-fluorouracil human hepatocarcinoma cell line (Bel/fu) resistant immune mouse spleen cells and myeloma cells; the anti-Bel/fu monoclonal antibody has the functions of inhibiting the growth of Bel/fu, can be applied to diagnosis or treatment of tumors, and is contained in a preparation for diagnosing or treating the tumors. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the hybridoma cell line and the anti-Bel/fu monoclonal antibody. The anti-Bel/fu monoclonal antibody and hybridoma cell line disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing an anti-Bel/fu hybridoma cell line AC10364 by virtue of immune Bel/fu cells and secreting a corresponding monoclonal antibody AC10364, have effective activities for inhibiting the growth of various tumor cells, and can be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancers. |
