Zusammenfassung:	A control circuit used in an electric appliance running on an electric energy storage device comprises a capacitor connected with the electric appliance in a parallel way, a main switch used for connecting the energy storage device and the electric appliance, and a control device used for controlling the electric appliance. The control device is arranged in a way to be activated when the voltage on the capacitor rises and stop the control function after the main switch is broken and after a predetermined time. The capacitor is arranged in a way to keeping charging to a predetermined voltage during the predetermined time period.
