The lower portion of the transition liquid storage tank is connected with a first liquid supplying and draining pipeline and a second liquid supplying and draining pipeline. The first liquid supplying and draining pipeline and the second liquid supplying and draining pipeline are communicated through the connection pipe, and the second liquid supplying and draining pipeline is provided with a main liquid return pipe for communicating a liquid supplying and draining pump and the liquid supplying and draining main pipe.
