The engine cylinder sleeve comprises a cylindrical cylinder sleeve body, wherein the outer wall of the cylindrical cylinder sleeve body is in the shape of a step. The outer diameter of the upper portion of the cylinder body is larger and the upper portion of the cylinder sleeve body corresponds to a water cavity of an engine body. The upper end of the outer wall on the upper portion of the cylinder sleeve body and the lower end of the outer wall on the upper portion of the cylinder sleeve body are provided with smooth wall faces, a plurality of annular grooves are formed between the two wall faces, the annular grooves are isolated through isolating strips and the largest outer diameter of the isolation strips is smaller than the outer diameter of the upper portion of the cylinder sleeve body.
