Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to high-weatherability white ASA resin applied to extrusion molding and a preparation method thereof. The ASA resin comprises the following compositions in parts by weight: 100 parts of ASA resin, 10-50 parts of a heat-conduction filling material, 0.5-5 parts of infrared-reflection titanium dioxide, 0.2-1.0 part of a light stabilizer and 0.5-2.0 parts of other auxiliary agents. By employing the infrared-reflection titanium dioxide, the visible-light energy and the infrared energy of sunlight are substantially reduced, and because the synergic contribution of heat release of the heat-conduction filling material, the surface temperature of the white ASA resin product is relatively substantially reduced. The preparation method helps to extremely substantially improving the long-term weatherability of the white ASA resin, and there is an extremely large gap between the improving effect and expected improving effect.
