The simple and easy curdling device is characterized by comprising a feeding container (16), an agitating mechanism and a curdling solution injection mechanism, wherein the agitating mechanism is provided with an agitating motor (10), a transmission device and an agitator (2); the agitating motor (10) is connected with the agitator (2) through the transmission device; the curdling solution injection mechanism is provided with a curdling injection guide pipe (3); the curdling injection guide pipe (3) is communicated with the feeding container (16); an uncongealed bean curd induction baffle (28) and an uncongealed bean curd signal feedback switch (25) are arranged below the agitating mechanism; the agitating motor (10) rotates at a low speed, a manual curdling operation process is simulated; the feeding container (16) is provided with an automatic water feeding mechanism; manpower is saved and the production efficiency is improved.
