Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an ultra-low carbon cold-roll steel sheet and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of hot rolling, reeling, cold rolling, annealing, finishing, drawing and straightening a steel sheet blank sequentially, wherein the steel sheet blank comprises the following components by weight percent: 0.001-0.006% of C, 0.01-0.05% of Si, 0.1-0.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.015% of S, 0.005-0.03% of Nb, 0.01-0.08% of Al, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The preparation method can provide the ultra-low carbon cold-roll steel sheet with good bake hardening performance.
