Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preprocessing method for an ion exchange resin for treating waste water at tail end of electrolytic manganese manufacturing technique. The preprocessing method comprises the following steps of soaking a 001*7 gel-type cation exchange resin for 6-10h by using 10%-15% Na2SO4 solution or 20%-25% H2SO4 solution, wherein the volume of the Na2SO4 solution or the H2SO4 solution is 1.5-2.5 times of that of the resin; cleaning; soaking the cleaned 001*7 gel-type cation exchange resin by adopting 2-6% HCl solution for 3-5h, wherein the volume of the HCl solution is 1.5-2.5 times of the volume of the resin; cleaning the gel-type cation exchange resin by using fresh water till the resin is neutral ; and soaking the treated resin by using 2-6% NaOH solution for 3-5h, wherein the volume of the NaOH solution is 1.5-2.5 times of the volume of the resin.
