The essence of the molecular markers is that according to the linkage and segregation rules, the population of the hybrid generation F2 of the Aphelenchoides besseyi Christie resistant variety Tetep and the susceptible variety Huaidao 5 is taken as the mapping population, and the SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers RM5526 and RM3912, linked with the Aphelenchoides besseyi Christie resistant QTL, on the chromosome 9 are obtained through analysis of linkage between the identification results of Aphelenchoides besseyi Christie resistance and the SSR marker data.
