Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a process for producing autoclaved bricks. The process comprises the following preparation steps: 1, taking sludge, coal ash, lime, silt and a coagulant, mixing and blending the raw materials to form blended sludge, and then dehydrating the blended sludge; 2, mixing the blended sludge produced from the step 1 with the coal ash, carbide slag or the lime, slag and a reinforcing agent, controlling wet basis water ratio at 16%-18%, and carrying out mixing treatment on weighed components to obtain a mixed material; 3, carrying out compression moulding on the mixed material to obtain formed bricks, standing the formed bricks for 3-4 hours, and then carrying out autoclaved curing. The process disclosed by the invention can be used for overcoming the defects of the prior art, can be used for recycling the sludge and the coal ash mining or beneficiation waste residues and enhancing the resource utilization ratio by producing in a low-energy consumption non-sintered mode.
